Bryan Lloyd is the Executive Director of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, bringing over 25 years of experience in OHS management, regulatory enforcement, and public sector leadership. He previously served as Chief of Occupational Safety for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and as Corporate OHS Program Manager for the Government of Saskatchewan, leading strategic safety initiatives across complex operational environments.

Bryan is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), and Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in occupational safety and health. His expertise has also contributed to peer-reviewed scientific research, supporting two publications in Frontiers in Public Health within the Workplace Safety and Health section, advancing evidence-based approaches to improving workplace safety outcomes globally.

Dr. Arjun Kathayat is the Founder and also serves President, and Executive Director of the International Research Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IRIOSH), Canada, and is also a PhD researcher in Occupational Safety and Health at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His research focuses on global OSH policy, risk management systems, and inspectorate capacity, with a particular emphasis on cross-regional comparisons between North America and Southeast Asia.

Dr. Kathayat has published peer-reviewed research in Frontiers in Public Health, including a 2025 comparative review of OSH risk management policies and a 2026 study on OSH inspector ratios and their role in strengthening workplace safety systems. His work contributes to advancing evidence-informed policy and practice in occupational health and safety.

Dr. Kathayat actively collaborates with international experts and institutions, working to bridge research, policy, and practice to support safer, healthier, and more dignified workplaces worldwide.

 Lucille Dunn serves as the Board Chairperson, IRIOSH and as Mayor of Manor, Saskatchewan. She brings extensive experience in municipal leadership, governance, and public service, with a strong track record of advancing transparent decision-making and community-focused policy. As a municipal leader, Mayor Dunn has demonstrated a sustained commitment to responsible governance, fiscal accountability, and the long-term well-being of her community. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding of the importance of safe, resilient, and well-managed environments for both workers and residents. In her role at IRIOSH, she provides strategic oversight and governance leadership, strengthening the Institute’s mission to advance occupational safety and health globally and sustainable development goals. Mayor Dunn is a strong advocate for high standards in organizational accountability and ethical leadership, ensuring alignment between public service values and evidence-informed approaches to safer, healthier communities. 

 Brandy East serves as the Master of Ceremony for the IRIOSH Global Occupational Safety and Health Forum 2026, Canada, bringing strong expertise in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and professional communication. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Education, providing a solid foundation in analytical thinking, organization. Brandy’s experience reflects a proven ability to manage and deliver structured programs, ensuring clarity, flow, and audience engagement in dynamic settings. Her strengths in communication and coordination enable her to connect diverse participants, speakers, and stakeholders in a professional and inclusive manner. Brandy plays a central role in guiding the forum proceedings, maintaining program continuity, and supporting the seamless delivery of sessions ensuring a polished, engaging, and well-coordinated experience, aligned with IRIOSH’s commitment to excellence and its mission to advance sustainable OSH globally through dialogue and collaboration. 

 Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd Rafee Baharudin serves as the founding chairperson - IRIOSH International Advisory Council, Canada and Council Member for the Allied Health Professions under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Dr. Rafee is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Community Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He previously held the position of Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office at UPM and served as a Senior Training Officer at NIOSH Malaysia. Early in his career, he worked as a Public Health Inspector with the Ministry of Health, laying the foundation for his expertise in Risk Assessment and Industrial Hygiene. Dr. Rafee is actively engaged in industrial research collaborations with key agencies including the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), and NIOSH, contributing significantly to occupational health and safety initiatives in Malaysia.   Dr. Rafee’s work spans multiple levels, reflecting broad impact.

Ir. Dr. Nor Halim bin Hasan is a prominent leader in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in Malaysia, currently serving as Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) for Negeri Sembilan under the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Malaysia). He previously served as Director of DOSH Sarawak, where he led regulatory enforcement and strategic OSH initiatives across diverse industrial sectors.

Dr. Halim brings extensive experience in strengthening national OSH systems, regulatory compliance, and institutional capacity, contributing to improved workplace safety outcomes across Malaysia. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to advancing evidence-informed policy and practice in occupational safety and health.

He has also played a significant leading role in advancing the global positioning of IRIOSH, working closely with Dr. Mohd Rafee Baharudin to promote the Institute’s mission, vision, and values across international OSH networks and collaborations.

Dr. Muhammad Riza Setiawan, MOSH, FISQua is the director, occupational medicine specialist and academic at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, where he has served since 2008 in the Department of Occupational Medicine. He holds a medical degree from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung and a Master of Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia. 

Dr. Setiawan’s work focuses on occupational medicine, workplace health risk management, and strengthening health systems that protect workers across diverse industries. He also serves in leadership roles within academic and healthcare institutions, contributing to the advancement of integrated healthcare and occupational safety practices in Indonesia. 

As a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (FISQua), he brings a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in healthcare systems, supporting safer, healthier, and more resilient working environments globally.

 Dr. Khadizah H. Abdul-Mumin is a Health Sciences academic and Senior Assistant Professor at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, with a multidisciplinary teaching portfolio spanning nursing, midwifery, public health, and medicine. She received the Universiti Brunei Darussalam Teaching Excellence Award in Health Sciences in 2019 and the Research Excellence Award for Senior Researcher in Sciences in 2023. Her research adopts an integrative health sciences approach, focusing on self-care, mental health, and environmental and occupational health. Her work examines workplace stressors, including workload, organisational culture, and emotional demands, and their impact on the mental wellbeing, safety, and performance of healthcare professionals. She advances evidence on burnout, work-related stress, and psychologically safe work environments, promoting policy-informed strategies to strengthen workforce resilience, improve healthcare outcomes, and support sustainable systems aligned with global worker wellbeing priorities. 

Dr. Muhammad Asif is a distinguished Occupational Health Physician and healthcare leader with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds an MSc in Occupational Medicine (UK), a Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM, UK), and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). Dr. Asif has served in senior leadership roles including Medical Director and Health Manager, with extensive expertise in occupational health systems, workforce wellbeing, and healthcare management.

He has contributed to public health advancement as a co-author of obesity guidelines and in the field of lifestyle medicine. He recently completed Healthcare Transformation at Harvard Medical School, where his capstone project, “Clinic to Click,” focused on digital occupational health services for employees. His interests include healthcare digitalisation, artificial intelligence integration, and technology-enabled home healthcare delivery models.

Dr. Josiah Oluwaseun Odu is a Public Health scholar and Occupational Health researcher with specialization in epidemiology and workplace safety culture. He completed his PhD in Public Health at the Department of Community Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia, where he also earned his MSc in Public Health. His academic and research work has focused extensively on occupational health, particularly the study of workplace safety culture among university staff and office workers.

Dr. Odu currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Public Health, College of Allied Health Sciences, McPherson University, Nigeria, with over two years of teaching and research experience. He actively supervises undergraduate students during practicum and fieldwork, facilitating real-world exposure to occupational health practices across diverse workplace settings. His work contributes to strengthening evidence-based approaches to workplace health, safety culture, and public health capacity development.

 Ms. Maja Stojanovic is a dynamic Change and Communications Partner at Siemens, based in Munich, Germany, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping internal communication and organizational transformation. With over a decade of international experience, she specializes in driving digital transformation through agile methodologies, strategic storytelling, and collaboration. Maja works at the intersection of people, strategy, and sustainability, acting as a bridge between executive leadership, HR (P&O), and global stakeholders to deliver impactful communication initiatives and transformation programs.

She is known for translating complex organizational strategies into clear, engaging narratives that strengthen alignment and employee engagement across global teams. 

Maja holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and is a Certified ScrumMaster®. Multilingual and globally minded, she brings a people-centric approach to organizational effectiveness, culture, and change leadership.

Muthia Ashifa, SKM, M.K.K.K, HIU, CCMs, is an accomplished occupational health and safety professional with eighteen years of experience across integrated energy industries, including coal mining, oil and gas, and mining services. She currently serves as SHE System and Compliances Department Head and is recognized for her leadership in industrial hygiene, occupational health systems, and HSE governance. Ms. Ashifa is the current President of the Indonesian Industrial Hygiene Association (IIHA) for the 2025–2028 term and also serves as a committee member of the Indonesian Mining Safety Professional Association. She has been appointed to multiple national working groups supporting occupational safety and health implementation and healthcare competency development in Indonesia. Holding degrees in Public Health and Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Indonesia, Ms. Ashifa also holds several professional certifications, including HIU, NEBOSH PSM, NEBOSH IGC, and Certified Contract Management Specialist credentials within major industrial sectors.
